It's clearly nonsense, even senior legal bods said it was unenforceable, it's just a ruse to scare people.
But they need to be careful to not overplay their hand, there is still goodwill in the nation,but given their abject handling of this crisis it wouldn't take much for people to voice their anger.
The vaccine rollout has given them breathing space, but they should remember people haven't forgotten how badly they have handled this. [Post edited 11 Feb 2021 7:43]
