He's announced that they are VERY close to making the deal according to whats going about on Facebook/Twitter. No word from Marcus Evans on the issue, or Paul Lambert's future which points to Evans leaving it to the new owners. Johnson already owns a number of other teams and sporting ventures and knows Evans through his connections at Chelsea.

Any news on the other investors ? - allegedly the soon to be ex Bristol City CEO and a former director from Oxford will be on the board, with a new Director of Football appointed to oversee the clubs operations. Deal has supposedly met Evans evaluation plus there is something in there to do with the transfer of debt.

I really hope this isn't a clever hoax!

So far the Cook appointment was 100% true and everyone is saying the takeover is about to happen even TWTD!
