Possession means everything. The more possession you have the less the opposition have the ball. The less they have the ball, the more chance you have of winning or at least, not losing.
Today a side has co e to Portman Road and dominated the ball. On another day, they should have won if it wasn’t for a few good saves or the post. |
This is rubbish, how many games have we dominated the ball in this season and come away with very poor results. Leicester won the totle on very minimal possession and to a lesser extent the Liverpool team that won the CL and PL rarely dominated possession they were quick and effective on the counter.
How you use the possession is the crucial part. Moving the ball quickly and being brave enough to break the lines. |  |
