Yeah, the incoming players accusation is a bit of a mystery unless they think he picks the targets as well as signs them. I can’t imagine it’s him alone who decides who to give new contracts to though guess he might dictate the upper limits. I wonder if he’s a bit of an O’Neill - a cover for the owner. |  |
