"It would take me 15 to 20 years to become as good as Michael Beale as an on-pitch coach, delivering sessions on a daily basis, so I let Mick be Mick because he's the expert."

I think Gerard getting experience in Scotland has been a very sensible move. He went to Rangers with no real expectations and has the opportunity to learn in peace and quiet. The fact he is working with good people also speaks volumes. |  | | |
