What I don't understand is you and others clearly hang on his every word on twitter... and then get upset by it. His "bantz" doesn't bother me because I'm barely on twitter and I certainly don't follow James Norwood. In fact the only time I see any of this nonsense is when people share it on here!

It's like the modern day equivalent of old biddies settling down to watch a risquÃ© comedian and then complaining to Points Of View about them making risquÃ© jokes.

The "bantz" part doesn't bother me but where do we draw the line in terms of incitement and professionalism . It's not a really good image for the club with one of their employees potentially creating perhaps far greater issues further ahead

Maybe it's my own thought processes in terms of my "professional" interaction on Social Media when I'm representing my employer.

We all have standards I guess and some maintain and have higher ones than others
