I’ve never tried pineapple on a pizza, but I’d give it a go. Some odd foods married up do work. The misses during lockdown tried a recipe of poached salmon on a pineapple ring. It really works and I’ve no idea why.

I do know that a lot of North African / Middle East cuisine uses fruit with meat and very nice it is too, so why not pineapple on a pizza? Maybe grapes too?

Just make sure the pizza has cooled down a bit before you put your grapes on it...
