In your experience, what are the chances of people suffering with myocarditis post-covid? I am currently self-isolating having tested positive last week - and have only experienced mild cold-like symptoms having been double jabbed. Is it a case of 'listen to you body' when returning to exercise, or do the stats indicate that more caution is required?

According to the New Scientist, chances of myocarditis post COVID are about 450 in a million(someone else can work out that on percentages) and yeah, definitely take it easy regarding exercise is what the evidence is currently suggesting.
