Our squad and games like today 18:34 - Oct 2 with 428 viewschrismakin

Hindsight is a wonderful thing etc, but when you look back onto todays game, it's one that clearly needed the likes of Norwood, Aluko involved over the likes of Fraser/Celina

We know PC won't move from 4 2 3 1, but with the way football moves on, surely as a mangaer you have to sit back and realise you also need to move on with the times and no longer can sit behind " Rather than changing formations, I want us to play our way better".

Having the likes of Celina, Fraser is all well and good when you've got the ball and there's room (Our goal as an example), but if it's physical and playing on small pitches.. surely your first thought it, it's gonna be tough, physical and overloaded in the middle of pitch we're going to need physicality.

First half we 'managed' things well, but second half it was clear we didn't step up to the task, bottled 50-50s and once again got out battled by a side who will be lower table.

Im a fan, im not paid to make decisions going into games, im not in the position to watch clubs we're about to play going into a game. Surely the minimum of not just PC but all of the management team, should be to know what you're walking into, and be able to take from that, that flair players are not the answer to such a game.

Never be afraid to share your thoughts.

Spot on, and we should have known that before we went up there. So who the hell was doing the tactics? and stats on the opposition. Did they not know they had 5 lads above 6 ft?
