Forest Green tickets cancelled. 10:18 - Jul 22 with 2299 viewsphiljulie5

Anyone else had their home end tickets cancelled? Thought I was clever joining FGR and buying tickets for our game in the home end, have just received an E-mail from them saying I have failed their background checks, my tickets are cancelled and they have issued me a full refund. Can't be the address, I live in Cardiff!!!

I've never had that - seems pretty mean spirited. After being pelted with emails from various clubs I have no interest in, the least they can do is honour any tickets!

That happened to me for the Wimbledon game (pre-pandemic), then at the end of the season they (Wimbledon) sent me details of their early bird season ticket and membership offers !!!
