Come on everyone lets get excited about a massive Bristol Rovers clash.. 20:06 - Sep 11 with 3214 views | unstableblue | ... under the lights on Tuesday night Chance to secure our rightful position at the top of the League, on a night where I expect our rivals to win.. and where we're going to get a real test from Joey Barton's Rovers But we should have enough.. team will surely be (for a less aerial and physical Bristol): -------------------Walton -------Doanicien-Wolf-Edmundson Burns--------Morsy---Evans----Leif ------------Chaplin-----Harness ---------------Ladapo Subs: Hladky, KVY, Burgess, Leigh, Ball, JJ, Ahadme Which mean Keogh, Edwards, Camara, Humphreys, and Jackson miss out completely.. Keogh and Camara must be pushing hard We need to come out of the blocks fast and hard Cannot wait

Come on everyone lets get excited about a massive Bristol Rovers clash.. on 12:01 - Sep 12 by unstableblue | Think you could be right, especially for the games against bigger clubs, where we might need Keogh's experience and also his creativity form the bench to steer a game to a win. And of course... an injury to a CB is never far away... and I think that's what is exciting about this squad... We can lose a Morsy, a Burns, a Davis, an Evans Chaplin, a Ladapo - to injury, to international call, to suspension, to loss of form.. and we have significant back up Over a long season.. its massive But really to keep the winning run going Tuesday... give some breathing space for Hillsborough and a tough month |
Walton Edmundson, Wolf, JD Davis, Evans, Morsey, Burns Harness, Chaplin Ladapo Jackson, Leigh, Ahadme, JJ and Edwards / KVY to come off the bench - energy up front and wide. I think he should do that for both of the next two games so the team can keep establishing those partnerships. We don't have another league game next Tuesday (it is Arsenal U21s in the pizza), so this is really a 2 game block - not one that requires rotation to keep the lads fresh. Sheff Wed have a lot of good players across their squad but my sense is that they don't know their best 11, and they will not be as cohesive as a result. It is going to take more than Bannon on top form to combat a really good team performance from Town. On another matter, it will be interesting to see what Barton says after the game tomorrow night. He had some choice words to say a couple of years back about us after we had beaten Fleetwood, and on reflection he was probably quite right. He has also gone in hard on Pompey this season. He might not be everyone's cup of tea, but he does seem to have a good feel for these things.
