Film recommendation 21:48 - Oct 8 with 1361 views | gtsb1966 | Watched this tonight on Netflix. Based on a true story and not meant to stray too far from the facts so I have read. Very good film. https://m.imdb.com/title/tt10521092/

If you like war films there is a remake of All Quiet on the Western Front coming out on Netflix soon, I believe told this time from a German perspective.

All Quiet on the Western Front was originally told from the German perspective.

Caused a lot of fuss didn't it, apparently. German author who pulled no punches and told the whole rotten deal as it was. Anti-propaganda and all that. I have seen both the original and the 1970s films at some point or another but a long time ago. Looking forward to the latest version. Not read the book itself tbh. Nice to see you Tashers. Trust you're doing ok.

Admiral Sir Bertram Ramsay had told him that he needed to secure Antwerp, but Montgomery chose to ignore him.
