Errr... We played 73 minutes with 10 men. We lost on Saturday to a freak goal and a team that sh^thoused their way to a win. Previous to that we'd won 11 out of 16.

Absolutely no deja vu because this is a new club, new coaching team, new players however being realistic we are facing the prospect of a three loss week that we have to prevent on Friday evening otherwise the narrative changes a little for certain fan. No one is panicking in Oct when we are second in the league. | |

No, I don't feel like that at all. Quite the opposite in fact.
I'm not even including tonight's match or any Pizza Cup games, into the overall equation. We've largely used this competition to blood some youngsters, rotate some fringe players, and give minutes to players coming back from injury.
Saturday's game was a freak result. It happens..
And I also feel , that all teams in the division, would have been "sussed" to a degree, having played a third of the season now.
We've still got Camara, Aluko. Greg Leigh, Burgess all to come back into the match squad. And Ball is hardly been used, or Edwards We've got plenty in reserve. I'd include Humphrey's in there, too... Plus, if needed, there's a January window.
It was never going to be a cakewalk this season, given the strength of the top 8-9 teams in our division.
We are very consistent points per game wise, if not perfect. And as long as we keep flying straight, we'll be ok..
Saturday's result was a kick in the nads. But it's just a set back, nothing more. |  | | |
