We just don't want the scenario of being in the last few games of the season wishing we hadn't conceded a load of 90+ minute equalizers in mid season / throwing away two goal leads. It's becoming the norm and needs addressing.

Would you rather us be the team that is reverse to that? I probably would, as you’d feel better being a Fleetwood fan last week. But we’d be on exactly the same points as we are now.
Our form hasn’t particularly dipped this season. We’re top of the form league and second in the actual league, yet some people aren’t allowing themselves a little contentment. Which is baffling considering the last 20 years we’ve endured.
This season is so good on and off the pitch and we are slap bang in the middle of an automatic promotion race which is impossible to call. Every game has something riding on it and we are playing these out in front of bumper crowds. |  | | |

I just want us to hold on to leads better than what we have been doing. Aluko coming back should help. We do that and we're the full package in this league. It's the one thing holding us back. |  | | |
