Think the side needs a more direct manager personally. thats not hounding him out. He might grow with the role himself. But if he doesn't I think someone else might come in to maybe get us to winning one of these cups.

Me too. I think he sets us up like a team with very few options outside set pieces. Truth is we have have some very special creative players and very few obvious weaknesses.

Wish we had a taller keeper though.
