Ticket purchasing problem 21:22 - Dec 30 with 889 views

Just tried to buy 2 tickets for the Plymouth game. Went to complete payment and kept freezing or the payment wouldn't complete on the website.

Checked my bank account online and now showing 5 separate payments in pending and ticket purchase still didn't go through.

Anyone else had this problem and how do I sort it out?

Ticket office phone line is closed till New Year but they're still being responsive over email. I emailed them and left my number and they called me back mainticketoffice@itfc.co.uk

Tbf to the guys in the office they're very good at sorting issues.

What device are placing the order on, I know the system we use on our eCommerce site sometimes has issues with older Apple devices and the Safari browser in particular

PayPal can be a bit temperamental too if you're using that

They should have a way to unfreeze your pending payments when you get to speak with them and I assume they'll take payment over the phone

It's probably worth logging out, clearing your cache and cookies before trying the site again, possibly on a different browser
