He gave the ref a chance to make that decision right after the ref just told him he was watching him. It was idiotic.
They are never usually given though, our players are constantly held at corners.

Of course the referee might want to level it up, but when a player his told off for holding and continues to do it, then I'm afraid that's unforgiveable for a professional footballer.
