Away pub for tomorrow night? (n/t) on 11:57 - Feb 13 with 737 views | Bobbychase | Wellington is nice (near the stadium). Friendly word of warning from someone who has lived here a while now, Rovers are a generally friendly bunch and they have no beef with us historically but while there are some grounds in L1 where your ITFC allegiance won't be an issue if you're sitting among the homes, this isn't one of them. Keep your heads down especially if you have managed to sneak into the Blackthorn Terrace.

(n/t) on 12:06 - Feb 13 with 687 views | Bobbychase | Should add that Gloucester Road (main route from city centre to the Memorial Stadium) is very good for pubs and food. Avoid the Royal Oak and The Anchor maybe as they are very home fan heavy but the Bristol Flyer, The Grace, Cider Press, Hobgoblin and Prince of Wales are all good. We have Uber in Bristol if you need to get from the centre to the stadium.

Personally I would park on Kellaway Avenue between the junctions for Wellington Hill and Dyrham Close if you can. You can then take Wellington Hill and head west after the game through Westbury-on-Trym/Shirehampton to the M5 without getting involved in the jams around the stadium. Hope that makes sense to your Sat Nav.
