Just watching the England Women's game and my other half has just asked me why in the mens games, the players continually spit or clear out their noses ( often when the cameras on a close up), yet the women don't.
Does anybody know why this is? They're all playing the same game, putting in the same effort, so can't be an involuntary or necessary thing.
