Thanks for posting this. I’m not normally keen on change but I must concede that the tarted up Cobbold looks great, as does the cladded tunnel area buildings : and the new pitch/blue perimeter looks awesome. |  | | |

Not sure why the dented length of cladding has been left in place? It’s very noticeable.

From the video it sounds as if it's still a work in progress, and that there are plans to put something digital in place there.
Whether it will be advertising or something more entertainment/information-related remains to be seen.
The timescale sounded interesting as well. 'Later on in the season' suggests that they might be waiting for the nights to draw in a bit before putting anything in place. I did wonder, with all the black now going in, whether they might be looking to jump onto the current trend of light shows and suchlike. | |
