Interesting (leading) article on BBC Sport website re being a free agent, not getting a deal at Burnley, knee injury etc - I’m trying to work out if the article helps or hinders his chances of picking up a deal somewhere?!
Not sure he has enough to offer a Prem side unless they suddenly have injuries and he can join as a free agent. Even Saudi Div 2 side turned him down.

Grumpy Trumpy isn't a budgie, he's just stuck in the past and can't live happily in a footie world that has changed. I too miss so much of the old days and I'm not sure that I really want us to get into the prem. Well I do, I really do, but I know that it will probably bring it'sown pain. I've spoken to too many budgies who know that 3 months into a Prem season they dread going to Carrot Rd because they expect to be thumped. not much fun in that. |  |
