I'm assuming it's the same as previous rounds and not available. Sky have the rights, but only show 2 live matches in the first 5 rounds (they picked the Arsenal and Man U games of course). Then the semi-finals and final are on Sky. It's a trick missed by the EFL imo - they should be using the cup to build the supporter base and work with the clubs to allow them to stream it on their own platforms. |  |
