Consider this.

Any increase in the capacity of the press box would be at the expense of season ticket holders.

Any increase in off site hospitality would either affect season ticket holders or reduce the number of match day tickets, which will already be limited as away fans will occupy 1,000 extra seats.

I would also ask whether all Premier Clubs take up their full away allocations. Not all of them are that well supported are they?

I think the likelihood is that it would be difficult to get tickets for Man City, Man Utd, Liverpool, etc but much more likely for a midweek December evening match against Fulham or Palace.
