Rice as the single “pivot”, Bellingham free midfield role, Foden in his preferred “10”. Might swap Palmer for Gordon, but I’d go for:

Against Serbia who are the tallest team in the competition I would go:

Konsa played left back for 5 mins against Bosnia and was the only left back over the 2 friendlies who got to the byline and cut the ball back, plus he has a huge height advantage over Trippier to deal with Mitrovic, Milinkovic-Savic, Jovic...
Also moving Bellingham into midfield to give more on the left side but also because Brazil man marked him in March and stopped England creatively, this should make that more difficult
