Greaves/Philogene Transfer Fee 10:07 - Jul 8 with 1353 views

Everyone has reported that the double bid seems to be around £35m but has anyone said what the breakdown of that fee is? Is it simply £17.5m for each player or is Philogene likely to cost more than Greaves?

There's been a bit of speculation, but in reality both fees will be "undisclosed".

Also, with transfer deals highly structured (add-ons, top-ups, sell-ons) and spread over several seasons, the headline figure is of little more than academic interest - so long as we stay within the overarching limits on lossmaking.

Was it the Blue Monday podcast where they mentioned Greaves' value at 12 or 13 million? Assuming that comes from a good source, Philogene must be in excess of 20 million.
