Does he have the qualities McKenna wants though? Agree it looks a good buy at that price but the ability or willingness to press is enormous for McKenna. Can Diaz do that? Would be interested to see how his stats compare to Hirst/Delap. |
On the face of it he fits the profile of a McKenna man, young, athletic, physical presence, link up ability, in behind ability and a good goalscorer.

We don't know if it's half the price though, that's just the transfer fee and doesn't take salary into account. Also we must be interested in a lot more players than the ones that get leaked. Maybe we were interested but his preference was Southampton? |
