It’s only assessing risk. You don’t buy anything of value without checking it over. Loan deals are structured in different ways but If there is an option to buy the percentage of the wages paid or the amount of the loan fee may influence the transfer fee and that would rightly require a thorough medical. If it’s a normal loan and you can just say “thanks, it’s broken have it back” then the level of risk is reduced.
