I went in last Saturday just before the Nice match and got a home shirt with the prem badge - was a fair queue (everyone buying their pink shirts) and was told up to 45 mins to add the badge - they did it in about half an hour.
Imagine if you go in today they would do it much faster. |  |

Yep, on launch day the wait was 3 hours! I went back a couple of weeks later and got it down in five minutes. | |
