I think it's an essential criteria when we bring players in. Ability is obviously considered but I think we, rightly, put a lot of emphasis on character. One of the things that casual football followers who have us in 20th place on 7 points don't consider.

Makes it very easy for us fans to identify and grow to love them too. I don't make a habit of 'disliking' Town players but for a few years now, it's been impossible not to love any of our players.
