Bought tickets today for Villa game and couldn’t change one of them to u23.
Said that the member holder is older than this age.
The ticket is for my nephew is there anyway to change it and receive a refund for the difference as this didn’t happen for the Fulham game I could get any age ticket.

No it’s an adult member holder. But they aren’t able to make it I due to work so wanting to take my nephew.

Yep that will be why then.
They found the loophole.
It’s the same for away games, last season they stopped it so adult accounts couldn’t get child tickets, U18 etc but you could get adult tickets with kids accounts, I thought it was weird.
This season was the same, up until trying to buy Southampton tickets, now can’t get kids tickets with adult numbers. | |

If they aren’t able to make the game then no reason to apply for a ticket. Match day tickets are for the named user, they are not transferable.
Pleased the club are tightening things up and stopping abuse of the system. |  |

Your nephew isn’t a member so he can’t buy a ticket with someone else’s membership.
