Officials tomorrow 14:20 - Sep 20 with 1255 views | Chocorange | Ref Sam Allison , personally thought he was awful v Man City , didn’t give any decisions and relied on Var which cost us a penalty in the Davis incident. 4th official Anthony Taylor after his performance last week. I guess the lesson is if we get fouled stay down and make a decision have to be made and looked at

50/50 Pen against us (City) - didn't give it - VAR shouldn't have intervened - but no, go to the screen - could still have refused to give it - but gave it. Blatant pen for us - didn't even see it, and wasn't that far away - VAR should've intervened - didn't. We have to be far more in the ref's face - looks like the 'only the captain can approach the ref' has gone now that Man City decided it didn't apply to them yesterday. Or every ref/VAR issue will keep going against us. It's not just the ref now, it's ref and VAR combined wanting a quiet life and giving everything in favour of the 'top' clubs. When the top clubs meet each other, it's pantomime.
