I'm not sure any of them were, Newcastle went up in 16-17 and Bournemouth 21-22.

Blackburn were only a year on from being Champions too....

No - none were. That was the season Blackburn came back to reality after Jack Walker retrenched his investment after getting the Premier League victory he'd wanted in 1995.
