The dying art of defensive batting techniques.

This England side will never be great as they aren’t ruthless.

Too much ego and not enough common sense.

Plus turning pitches in the County Championship are frowned upon, but nothing is said about green seamers helping 70-80mph bowlers, also not playing any red ball matches in August doesn’t help players learn how to play and bowl spin.

Up and mainly down, following Town since 88

The biggest issue is after a no doubt few more chastening games this winter against NZ, as they won't be remotely bothered about teaching Stokes&Bazball a cricketing lesson.

They'll rock up against Zimbabwe and tonk them, probably beat India comfortably in the end, be all yeah were going to win the Ashes, lookout Aussies, go into bat first day and be bowling by tea.

Having spent a year not learning the lessons again.
