A few weeks ago I had 21 away priority points. Today I have 16.
Have I missed something (I've looked through the forum)...are the points dropping off as the weeks pass, like ranking points in tennis, or has the club made a mistake, or has Russia decided to target me? |  | | |  |

….if you log in to your account and click on your points allocation, it shows your purchase history and where your away points have come from.
If it’s not showing all your purchases then I’d get in touch with the club ASAP.
If you’ve dropped from 21 to 16 you can kiss goodbye to any more away tickets! |  |

I got away tickets for Man City on 15+ points. Stuck on 18 at the moment and looks like I'll need to be on 20+ for Liverpool. |  |

Any adjustment should have been made before the start of the season, assuming you bought your membership then.
If you did, you should have 5 points for this season's membership, an additional 5 points if you had a membership last season, along with an additional point for each away game you bought a ticket for last season and this season using your membership.
If 16 points doesn't tally with that, I suggest you contact the club. [Post edited 9 Nov 2024 16:03]
