Any thoughts/recommendations?
We're in the process of getting quotes, but it seems that each firm that we're having out only specialises in a particular brand, so we can't see how we can get an honest appraisal of the pros and cons of the three main brands - Kinetico, Harvey, or TwinTec.
Does anyone on here have enough knowledge/experience to give us some pointers? |  |

We've had a Monarch for 15 years, with only one problem/service after about 10 years (using Monarch engineer). About to change it for same make but using salt blocks instead of 25kg bags of tablets (too heavy). Plumber said he always recommends Monarch (last longer). Wouldn't be without one.
