Couldn't hear anything from the Villa fans trying to will their team to victory??? Maybe the distance from the camera position does them no favours.

I think expectation plays a part. I don't think we as a fanbase were that great against Southampton at 1-1 and particularly at 1-2, especially considering the noise when being thrashed by Manchester City.

Villa fans got nervous and expectant, hence went quiet.
