Something that's been bugging me since yesterday. 10:37 - Feb 16 with 745 views

Just want some clarity as i still can't understand why..

But. Delap got fouled yesterday just outside the box.. the ball was about to be played to a town player and the ref gave us the freekick as villa player intercepted it. So I thought great a chance for us to shoot.

Replay took over the feed. Then when it went back. Phillips was standing over it about 40 yards from goal instead..

Does anyone know which one I'm talking about and if they do was there a foul in the lead up I'm not aware about compared to the one that happened when the ref blew his whistle.

There was a handball that lead to the second free kick. Entire away end thought Villa had got another soft decision at first.

The first one was a good advantage by the ref.

Ref played advantage but it was much closer to goal than where we ended up taking it (but maybe still 30 yards out).
