I completely agree.
The Tories completely let us down on this sort of thing and gave the green light to commit these offences.
I bet your workers are constantly getting their tools stolen from their vans. Regular swoops on Wembley market (and the like) could result in hundreds of thousand pounds of stolen tools alone.
Nearest Co-op to my office has now stopped putting baskets out because people fill them up and wheel them out. You now have to ask for one.
