I must admit I find that quite funny because it plays into his narrative that Biden didn't know what he was doing.

As it is, there's something wrong with a system where Presidential pardons are even possible.

Then again the whole legal system is wrong with political prosecutors and judges.

I'd say that presidential pardons are quite dictatorial in themselves. US politics was pretty bonkers pre Trump. It's now bonkers +++, but don't blame me, I voted for Kodos.
