Don’t know if anyone was in the ground. 22:02 - Apr 6 with 1373 viewsCheltenham_Blue

But way before kick off, about 2pm Ashton walked out with 6 or 7 blokes and a woman all in business wear. I thought one was or could be Mike O’Leary.

They spent about 10 minutes in and around the centre circle, with Ashton pointing and gesticulating toward the Cobbold, and then turning around and doing the same to the West Stand. Made me wonder if he was talking through stadium developments with someone.

Several of the US investors were over for the game, it wasn't Mike O'Leary was one of the LPs involved in their investment fund. I have to say it's hilarious hearing some of the comments from the Americans, bless them (but thankful for their money). It's also mental some of the people involved, we have seriously wealthy investors with big ambitions for the club, in particular on the stadium.

I wouldn't be surprised if we hear more news in the coming weeks on investments in the stadium and also our recruitment infrastructure. It makes sense to time things around relegation or the end of the season to demonstrate the next phase of momentum.
