That has been the plan for a long time. October 7th gave the Israelis an opportunity to depopulate Gaza once and for all. This will no doubt soon lead to a third Intifada, giving Israel the excuse to carry out the same in the West Bank. |  | | |

Leaving aside other war crimes, Israel is in clear breach of various provisions of the Fourth Geneva Convention on Civilians, but the government doesn't call it out and merely says it is a matter for the international courts. Or it says that it doesn't agree with what Israel is doing.
Take this provision as an example.

This has to stop, but with the major nations seemingly happy to turn a blind eye and parrot the line about Israel's right to protect itself, Palestinians are becoming more and more dehumanised.
And to think some politicians have accused those of campaigning about this are dismissed as nothing more than supporting a terrorist organisation.
