Since Xmas this has been a total waste of time 16:48 - May 18 with 845 views | textbackup | We’ve been so out of ideas, piss weak at the back, lacking anything in the final third. But today, this against a team going down too. It’s a worry if I’m honest

We even started a game in hand ( v Brighton) above the dotted line. We lost that dumping us back in the bottom three as a result and it has been downhill since. Southampton then Wolves at home were huge nails in the coffin. [Post edited 18 May 16:52]

In an attacking sense we’ve not really caught a break from the injuries and lack of form which have all impacted ability to press hard and have sufficient starter and finishers Omari, Hirst, SS, Chappers, Jaden, Burns, Ogbene, then inconsistent form of Clarke, Delap Broadhead, Johnson, Enciso. It’s not a waste of time, it is what it is! And was probably never going to be enough in hindsight.
