Really admire how honest he is in the latest interview. He's obviously had off the field stuff to deal with and it must be hard psychologically to deal with that and the pressures of PL football.

He's had a tough spell but he's also done well in some games this year and what a goal against Leicester - deserved to win the game.

He's still young and an excellent player. I love his enthusiasm and commitment. When he gets firing again it'll be like a new signing next year.

According to this, Leif is fourth in the top five leagues in Europe for the number of chances created by a defender, well ahead of Trent-Alexander.

And he is only two behind Trent-Alexander when it comes to big chances created, coming in a very respectable twentieth in the following table which includes all Premier League players.

It's why despite the belief on here, there will be strong interest. I could see someone like Leeds going in to get him back.

I hope I’m wrong, but I agree. There will be plenty of takers for him and I can’t see him wanting to go down to the Championship. Spurs? West Ham maybe?.

Sadly, there will be takers for Hutchinson too who I can see staying in the PL.

Luckily I’ve no idea and am usually wrong.
