He was also suspended at the time, as a result of the 2010 wrongdoing.

The circumstances surrounding his readmission to the party would be interesting to know, but your post is disingenuous at best.

You also neglect to mention that he was suspended as soon as the most recent complaint was made, and has now been expelled following the conclusion of the investigation.
