I've just seen on Twitter that Man u have jetted off to Malaysia for some end of season friendlies, literally the same day as the domestic campaign finishes.
We consistently hear that the schedule is too full, player welfare etc and the FA scrapped cup replays for this!

I agree, but these trips - the same as pre season trips to USA - are essentially marleting trips, with little competitive football. This trip will generate £10m in direct revenue & Man /U claim to have over 700m Asian "supporters". |  |
