How much input do clubs have do they say a location and the kind of standard they want to face then the third party arrange everything else?

I don't know in any detail, but usually arranged through an agent. I presume the club will stipulate dates, what sort of level side they want to play, whereabouts they're going to be and how far they'll be willing to travel and the financial side of it will also be negotiated. | | | |
