Wardley v Huni 15:16 - Jun 6 with 1397 viewsZx1988

I don't really take any notice of boxing, but one of the things I've noticed about the build-up to the fight is how, for want of a better word, friendly it's all been.

Huni seems like a much more pleasant and likeable opponent than Clarke, and there doesn't seem to have been any of the silly posturing and handbags around the event, which is a big part of what turns me off the sport.

You ain't a beauty but, hey, you're alright.

Expect most of the tickets sold before the change of opponent, and believe it’s on DAZN rather than PPV so no need for the hype.

I don't follow boxing so much as I used to do. It doesn't really have the same characters and rivalries like before.

With regards to Fabio. I think he would have beaten the original opponent without too much fuss. But this guy is a much better boxer. If it goes past round 4 I will begin to fancy the Aussie. It will be hard for Fabio against any well trained boxer.

I think my pre fight prediction was fairly accurate apart from the surprise bomb big Fabio through in the 10th.

Respect to Huni he was a classy boxer and Fabio had no answers to his skill ... until he did. But that is pro fighting and all you need is 1 good shot. Always remind me of bomber Graham v Julian Jackson. That one was last round.

I remember that. Jackson absolutely knocked him spark out. When Jackson landed with one of those, it was game over for anyone.

There is always a puncher's chance, which is why some posts made during the match were badly found out.

Most boxers are decent hard working guys. But if tickets need selling, role-playing and posturing is often needed. All a bit Pro wrestling with heels and faces.

Jackson was always good to watch. Hard to see where his power came from as there wasn't much to him. But when he hit you on the target it often ended up being a canvas shot. For those who are not aware of him...

49 knockouts from 55 wins says it all.
