At least Maresca didn't pull any punches. Stopping one game because of poor weather and potential dangerous to players / fans is acceptable, but if you've had to delay / stop 7 or 8 games then you have to assume its the wrong location for a tournament.
FIFA won't be happy about that. It wouldn't surprise me if Chelsea lose their next game to a couple of incorrect ref / VAR decisions now. |  | | |

This club tournament is a load of cobblers, and I bet Delap is secretly none to happy at being pulled out of those U21 Euros for this 3rd rate competition.
A lot of those U21 players are pushing for a senior squad inclusion. I can see Harvey Elliott getting the nod. I'd love him at Town, but not a hope in hell whilst in the CC unfortunately. |  |
