It looks great, but the navigation and functionality is appalling. Nothing is intuitive and it is overly complicated to do anything.

Yes the process of connecting memberships to getting the match for free was atrocious. The ticket office acknowledged that there was a problem with codes not being sent out when I spoke to them late Friday afternoon. It is unacceptable.
I am saying the website and any associated processes the club uses are not fit for purpose. This coming from someone who has worked in IT for 25+ years, with a degree in software engineering. [Post edited 26 Jul 6:38]

Another odd aspect of the site is that I have a different password for the ticket part of the site to that for the rest of the website (including Town TV). In other words, my so-called ITFC Digital Account doesn't do what you think it might and work for everything. |  | | |

I did manage get the match for free but was slightly worried that payment page (for £0) had on it that I was signing up to a recurring £4.99 charge. | | | |

Yes, this is a bit annoying and finding certain tasks like re-selling your seat isn’t the easiest.
Overall? It does work for me in that despite the odd faff I’ve not had a problem buying, registering, seeing what I want to see. I’ve seen worse websites. There’s a lot that could be done to make it more intuitive and to improve it, albeit at a cost. |  | | |
