However, the one thing I notice about them however is they all seem to wear size, x4XXXLS football shirts.

Horrible set of fans, rather visit Millwall (n/t) on 16:18 - Aug 10 with 190 views | tractorshark | I wouldn’t say Birmingham was anywhere near as intimidating as some of the grounds I went to in the 80s. But putting it into perspective, in terms of today’s football they really are obnoxious and disgusting. The tone was pretty much set on the walk to the ground. Forget all the rubbish on the streets for a moment, it was just the amount of derogatory comments directed at my son and I as we walked to the ground in shirts. Then after the match I saw Birmingham fans spitting at Ipswich fans as we left the away end. One Town fan was remonstrating about it with the police and was basically told calm down, move on, go home. Started walking back to the car against the tide of home fans but you sensed one of them was just waiting to bump into you and kick off. In the end we decided to take a slight detour to avoid The Roost pub afterwards. It was probably a wise move. Someone said to me the next day Birmingham fans go under the radar when compared to West Ham, Millwall, Leeds etc and I’m sure they’re not all like that. But I predict there will be problems when the likes of Millwall come to visit. I wish them a season of much disappointment.
